The sixth round of the India-Bhutan Dialogue, hosted under the banner of The Thimphu Seminars, was convened by the Centre for Escalation of Peace in collaboration with the Royal Institute of Governance & Strategic Studies (RIGSS) and the Ananta Aspen Centre in New Delhi from 15 to 17 May 2016. There was high-level participation of individuals from both countries and the discussion focused on areas such as Skill Building and Employability, Bilateral Economic Cooperation with a focus on Hydropower, and People-to-People Exchanges. In addition, Shri Amar Sinha, Secretary (Economic Relations), Ministry of External Affairs hosted the two delegations for lunch at Hyderabad House. Further, Hon'ble Minister for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Shri Rajiv P. Rudy, and Hon'ble Minister of State for Home Affairs, Shri Kiren Rijiju had separate meetings with members of the Bhutanese delegation during the Dialogue.
