April 2015: India-Bhutan Strategic Dialogue in New Delhi, India

The Thimphu Seminars in collaboration with the Royal Institute of Governance & Strategic Studies (RIGSS) and the Ananta Aspen Centre convened the fourth round of the India-Bhutan Strategic Dialogue in New Delhi, India from 21 to 23 April 2015. The deliberations this time around focused on areas such as Border Management; Education, Skill-building & People-to-People Exchanges; and Cooperation in the Hydropower Sector.
